
Restoration
Rudson Di Cavalcanti has been dedicated to instrument restoration since the beginning of his career, but he specialized in Padova with Maestro Giovanni Lazzaro, with whom he maintains an intense collaboration and annually leaves his studio in São Paulo to work alongside the master in Salzburg and Cremona. Rudson specializes in works such as Innesto and varnish touch-ups.
As a restorer, he has worked on important instruments, such as Antonio Stradivari 1688, Cesare Candi, Gaetano Pollastti, Leandro Bisiach, Alfredo Contino, Antonio Capella, Arturo Fracassi, Vincenzo Lo Turco, Guido and Benvenuto Pascoli, Lorenzo Fritelli, Antonio Sgarbi, Pietro Sgarbi, Giovanni Paolo Grancino, Paolo de Barbieri, Giuseppe Odone, among others.
